SYMMETRIX STD- AND ECON-SYSTEMS

The ECON system is best suited for shallow holes with permanent
casings. It can also be used with temporary casings by leaving ring
bit in hole.

- Same pilot bit as in the STD system
- Hardened ring bit with less carbides
- Economy - type hardened casing shoe
- Ring bit and casing shoe are not coneected to each other

The STD system is the optimal choice when drilling medium to deep
holes and casing pipe is left permanently in hole. The STD system
can also be used for drilling with temporary casing. In this case, ring
bit and casing shoe are not connected by a wir lock; ring bit and left
in hole and casing pipe retrieved with casing shoe
